Every parcel is packed under strict inspection for accuracy and safety.

Mandatory Inspection Upon Delivery (30-Second Checklist)
All customers must inspect the parcel while the delivery agent is present before making payment:

– ✅ Confirm the Molécule Beauty seal/tape is completely intact and unopened
– ✅ Verify the ordered items and exact quantity match your order
– ✅ Check batch code and expiry date on each product
– ✅ Ensure the overall condition of the products is perfect (no damage)

👉 Delivery agents are instructed to allow full inspection before payment.
Accepting the parcel means you have received the order correctly and in good condition.

Why Inspection is Mandatory
Skincare and beauty products are hygiene-sensitive. Once opened, tested, or used, they cannot be restocked for health, safety, and authenticity reasons.
Therefore, all complaints, returns, or refund requests can only be handled during delivery inspection while the agent is still present.

Clearance Sale Items
All products purchased under our Clearance Sale are final sale.
These items are not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or exchange under any circumstances — including (but not limited to) the situations listed below.

Non-Returnable Items & Situations
The following are considered customer-use situations and are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

– Opening the product seal or packaging
– Swatch/patch testing or any usage
– Smell, texture, or consistency testing
– Product did not suit skin type or personal preference
– Expectation mismatch (texture, scent, size, finish, or results)
– Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
– Ordering mistake
– Partial or full use of any product
– Claims made after the delivery agent has left
– Any damage caused after receiving the parcel
– Any Clearance Sale item (final sale)

⚠️ Individual skin reactions or suitability differences are not considered manufacturing defects.

Order Cancellation Charges (After Dispatch)
If the order is refused or cancelled after it has been shipped, the following return-to-sender charges will apply:

– Inside Dhaka: ৳80
– Dhaka Suburbs: ৳100
– Outside Dhaka: ৳120
