2. Incorrect Beauty Product Received:
– In case of receiving the wrong beauty product due to shipping errors of Molécule Beauty, we promptly exchange the item to rectify any discrepancies.
3. Color or Size Mismatch in Beauty Products:
– We understand the importance of the right shade or size in beauty products. If there’s a mismatch with your order, we gladly offer an exchange to meet your preferences.
Special Considerations:
1. Hygiene Considerations:
– Certain beauty items may not be returnable due to hygiene concerns, prioritizing your safety and product integrity.
2. Clearance or Final Sale Beauty Items:
– Please note, clearance or final sale beauty items are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy is communicated clearly to align with your expectations.
Return & Exchange Process:

2. Return Authorization & Packaging:
– Upon approval, you’ll receive instructions and a unique return authorization number. Please mark this number on the package securely.
3. Shipping to Beauty Bliss:
– Ship the beauty items to the provided address. Note that shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
4. Confirmation and Processing:
– Upon receipt, our team inspects the items. Upon approval, we swiftly process your request, whether it’s an exchange or refund.
