Timing: Use this strictly in your Night Routine only.

Amount & Application: After cleansing, dispense a pea-sized amount. It is best used as a spot treatment on targeted areas (such as smile lines, crow's feet, or the forehead). You can apply a very thin layer all over the face, but targeted application is recommended first.

Frequency: Start by using it 2 to 3 times a week. Once your skin builds tolerance, you can gradually increase the frequency.

Morning Protection: You must wear a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen the following morning. Retinal makes your skin highly sensitive to UV rays.
