Because this is a chemical sunscreen with a serum-like consistency, it is incredibly easy to incorporate into your daily routine:
Timing: Use this every single morning, regardless of the weather. It should be the very last step of your morning skincare routine (applied after your moisturizer, or replacing your moisturizer if you have oily skin).
Amount (The Two-Finger Rule): To get the labeled SPF protection, you need to apply a generous amount. Squeeze two full lines of the sun serum along your index and middle fingers.
Application: Spread the sunscreen evenly across your entire face, ears, and neck. Gently massage and pat it into the skin until it is completely absorbed.
Wait Time: Allow the sunscreen to set for about 10 to 15 minutes before applying makeup or stepping out into direct sunlight.
Reapplication: If you are staying indoors, one morning application is usually sufficient. However, if you are outdoors, sweating, or swimming, you must reapply every 2 to 3 hours to maintain full protection.
